Welcome to "Sirati Finder," an advanced tool for talent search and CV analysis, provided by Sirati Platform (CR No. 160789-1), operating in the Kingdom of Bahrain. By using this tool, you agree to abide by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

Relationship Between Parties

1.1. Sirati Platform (third party) acts as the provider of the "Sirati Finder" tool (first party) to companies (second party) for the purpose of searching for candidates and analyzing CVs.

1.2. By using the tool, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, including those related to data protection and labor laws in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Service Description

2.1. The "Sirati Finder" tool enables companies to search for candidates and analyze CVs using artificial intelligence technologies.

2.2. Although we aim for accuracy, the results are generated by AI and may include inaccuracies or necessitate additional human review.

Responsibilities of User Companies

3.1. You are responsible for the appropriate use of the tool and the data you provide.

3.2. You must obtain necessary consents from candidates to process their personal data.

3.3. Account sharing or sharing login credentials with any other party is strictly prohibited. Any attempt to share accounts or allow unauthorized access will result in account termination without refund.

3.4. Distribution or sharing of CVs or candidate data outside your company or for any illegal purpose is not allowed.

3.5. You may not use the tool for any illegal purpose or to hire for illegal activities.

3.6. Automated data extraction (scraping) or any method of mass data collection is strictly forbidden.

3.7. You must respect candidate privacy and not use their data for any unauthorized activity.

Data Protection and Privacy

4.1. Sirati Platform is committed to protecting candidate data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law in the Kingdom of Bahrain.

4.2. Personal data is collected and processed only for the specified purpose of searching for candidates and analyzing CVs.

4.3. User companies must ensure the security and confidentiality of candidate data processed through the tool.

Limitation of Liability

5.1. The "Sirati Finder" tool functions as a decision support system and not as a substitute for human evaluation.

5.2. Sirati Platform assumes no responsibility for decisions made by companies based on the tool's results.

5.3. The user company is solely responsible for verifying the accuracy and appropriateness of results before making any hiring decisions.

5.4. Sirati Platform assumes no responsibility for any illegal or unauthorized use of the tool or data.

5.5. The user is solely responsible for any violation or damage resulting from misuse.

Intellectual Property Rights

6.1. All intellectual property rights related to the "Sirati Finder" tool, including software, algorithms, and interface, are the exclusive property of Sirati Platform.

6.2. User companies may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any part of the tool without prior written permission.

Subscription & Billing

8.1. Subscriptions to Sirati Finder are billed on a recurring basis and renew automatically each month unless cancelled prior to the renewal date.

8.2. By subscribing, you authorize Sirati to charge the applicable subscription fee to your selected payment method each billing cycle.

8.3. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

8.4. Fees paid are non-refundable.

Disclaimer

9.1. The "Sirati Finder" tool enables search and CV analysis. Although we aim for accuracy, the results are generated by AI and may include inaccuracies or necessitate additional human review.

9.2. Sirati Platform makes no express or implied warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the results provided.

Modifications

10.1. Sirati Platform reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time.

10.2. Users will be notified of any significant changes to the terms and conditions.

Arbitration and Termination

11.1. These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

11.2. Any disputes arising from these terms will be resolved through the courts of the Kingdom of Bahrain.

Refund Policy

12.1. Refund Policy: Please note that refunds are not offered for payments made for the use of the "Sirati Finder" tool. Once the payment has been processed, the contract becomes binding, and no refunds will be issued. Therefore, we strongly advise verifying all details before completing the payment.
